Booths will be on Terry and Mitcham Streets in downtown Malakoff, Texas.
No vehicles or trailers allowed in booth space except for food/kitchen vendor trailers and must not exceed booth size measured from hitch pin to end of the trailer and must in place prior to 8:30 a.m.
Booth set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. – Early set-ups may result in needing to relocate booth set-up.
Doors officially open at 9:30 a.m. and will close at 4:00 p.m. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds.
Booths with paid electrical source must supply their own heavy-duty yellow extension cord.
Electrical supplies must pass inspection by the city of Malakoff; failed inspection will prevent use of electricity in your booth. No refunds will be issued.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, EZ Ups, etc. and remain within allotted booth space.
Dogs and cats are allowed but must be on a leash and current on vaccinations. Please be mindful some booths may have limited or no shade.
Booth assignments will be posted in the weeks leading up to the event.
